How we handle your information

Climbora Digital ("we," "us," "Climbora") is a sole proprietorship providing SEO services, operated by Ioan. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us and ask.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That happens in two places on this site:

• The contact form — your name, email address, website URL, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Booking a call — if you book through our Cal.com link, the information you enter there (typically name and email) is collected directly by Cal.com, not by us. See their privacy policy for how they handle it.

We do not use cookies or tracking scripts of our own, and there are no user accounts or logins on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which — like any external resource — may log the request (e.g. your IP address) as part of normal web traffic; we don't receive or use that information ourselves.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the free audit you requested, and follow up about working together. Nothing you submit is used for any other purpose.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our email inbox. Booking requests are processed by Cal.com. Both are established services with their own privacy and security practices — we don't control their infrastructure, but we also don't share anything you submit with anyone beyond them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — see below.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you

Email us and we'll handle it directly — no formal process required.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
